This hasn't been a college since the 1970s: "The school occupied the mansion for five decades. In 1975, the Spring estate was purchased by real-estate investor Larry Leon, who made the mansion his home for the next thirty years. He sold the property to a consortium of investors in 2005. The John Hopkins Spring Estate was designated a City of Berkeley Landmark on 3 July 2000. It is listed in the California State Historic Resources Inventory."

GoogleMaps hasn't caught up yet but this place is built and it's open and it's busy! More parking than the Oregon St store, more floorspace but that seems mostly due to wider aisles. There's a cafeteria with baked goods and light lunch type stuff and beverages. Beware that the organic produce is all in its own separate area and you have to bag all your organic produce individually and get it weighed and labeled before leaving the organic produce area. Kind of a PITA IMHO.
